Primitive Quilts and Projects

Here we are at the end of September already! The winter issue of Prim. Quilts and Projects will be shipping out mid October. This issue will have the last part of my series quilt- Somerset in it. How many of you are making this or plan to make it?

  3. I really love quilts with a mix of patchwork and applique. But then again I like most types of quilts.

    I enjoy Primitive Quilts and will buy copies when I can find them. But I don't have a subscription. In fact, right now I'm not subscribed to any. Thank you for the chance to win.

  7. Primitive Quilts is one of my favorite magazines, and I am a subscriber, so a renewal would be nice. My favorite thing to do is applique, cotton or wool, and I most like it in combination with piecing.

  9. This is the only magazine I subscribe to and I only have one magazine left and then have to resubscribe so this is good timing. I like to do a combination of piecing and applique...one way to spice up my life hey?Thanks for the giveaway.

  10. I prefer piecing, but have been working at adding some applique to my piecing as it keeps me from getting bored with a big project. I am really attracted to primitive things and have been wanting to get a copy of Primitive Quilts.

  11. I do not have a subscription yet, but would love to have one. Even though I live in the Dallas area I have to drive over 30 miles to get to a quilt shop with fabrics suitable for primitive quilts - and that's where I set eyes on the only copy Primitive Quilts that I've ever seen. I really loved it!

  19. I ordered the magazine from a blog before it went to print. I had to wait 6 months... but well worth it.
    I love to quilt with cotton and applique with wool.

  30. My subscription to this wonderful magazine is about to expire! It is so worth the money and unlike any other on the market today.
    I love pieced quilts, but would say that appliqué is my favorite because of the skill involved.
    It takes lots and lots of practice, but appliqué is like a fine painted masterpiece to me.

  46. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Primitive Quilts magazine so much that I have canceled all my other quilt magazine subscriptions. I read each issue from cover to cover.......then once again to make sure I did not miss anything! I seem to be drawn to the pieced and applique patterns and have made several of them. Now.......if only I had enough time to make them all:)

  47. I love the magazine and try to buy it as soon as it arrives at my local quilt store. Love the Somerset quilt and if I get all the parts to make it - I plan on making this quilt. The combination of pieced and applique quilting is my favorite - also like cotton with wools in my quilts. Thank you for the giveaway.
