As a nurse practitioner, I have to give s...Hi Dawn!<br />As a nurse practitioner, I have to give some advice....<br />If your hand is telling you it hurts, IT HURTS!<br />The more you use it, the more it hurts, the worse your scaring. I hope you are applying at least some polysprin ointment or cream, under a dressing, to minimize the scabbing, which leads to scaring. If you happen to have a crafter's glove, like for carpel tunnel, it will give support and constant pressure to help keep the skin smooth for healing. If a project doesn't get done, you have your wrist to explain. If the project is a must or causes any discomfort or pain, is there someone who will help to get it done?
