What's Going On With Me?

The latest issue of Quiltmania is here. I am a little show posting this so it may be old news to you. This issue has the Quilts & Enchanting Homes feature they did on me. They did a lovely job and I am an honored.
It is issue 105 and has a lot of other great stuff as well. There is an article on Barbara Brackman and photos from Houston Quilt Fesitival. They included the pattern for the quilt Selene seen above. Selene was the second stand alone pattern I ever produced. It is made from a layer cake and a 1/2 yard of black for the sashing strips. It is nice to see it being recognized again.
That's about all I can show you now. I am working on new patterns for spring quilt market which means I am in Christmas/Fall mode here so the scrappy medallion had to be set aside for a bit. I will get back to it and share soon.
I now have to go cut kits for a big stitch quilting class I am teaching next week in Oklahoma.
Sorry to be so short. I hate it when I can't show you all the things I am working on.

Happy Quilting,
Dawn

  2. Awesome news about your magazine feature! I can never find it here in Utah till it's been out at least a month, so I'll be on the lookout for it - especially now that I know you're in it.....
